• Able to communicate via email, perform financial calculations, and generate reportsWarehouse Supervisors are key members of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by managing shipping, receiving, stocking, and merchandise maintenance at the branch

Responsibilities:

• Enforce and administer safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures
• Lead warehouse staff to deliver outstanding customer service and support company operations
• Supervise warehouse personnel, conduct timely performance evaluations, and provide coaching and training
• Communicate relevant company updates and information to warehouse staff
• Coordinate with couriers and truck drivers to ensure efficient product transfers
• Maintain warehouse equipment to ensure operational readiness
• Monitor and replenish supplies needed for order fulfilment
• Provide coverage for other warehouse roles as needed
• Adhere to the Company Driving Standards Policy
• Be available for on-call duties during nights or weekends as required
• Oversee the physical facility, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and security
