Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor (Mandarin) to lead our warehouse operations with enthusiasm and precision. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily distribution activities, optimize processes, and manage a dedicated team within a fast-paced logistics environment. Duties Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative team environment. Oversee inventory control processes using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms to maintain accurate stock levels. Coordinate warehouse distribution efforts, ensuring timely fulfillment of eCommerce orders while adhering to safety standards such as OSHA regulations. Implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency, reduce errors, and optimize space utilization. Manage forklift operations and heavy lifting tasks safely, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Oversee shipping & receiving procedures, including 3PL (third-party logistics) partnerships and logistics coordination. Requirements Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar warehouse management role with Mandarin language proficiency. Strong knowledge of inventory management systems, warehouse management systems (WMS). Hands-on experience with warehouse distribution, materials handling equipment such as forklifts, and heavy lifting techniques. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and best practices in logistics operations. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in fast-paced environments with excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
