Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate roofing material and equipment pickup and delivery to and from job site as required. Fulfill load list and inventory requests. Perform maintenance and repair of roofing equipment. Coordinate maintenance of company vehicles. Understand proper use of vehicles, trailers, equipment, and tools. Follow safe work practices in the warehouse and at the job site. Maintain safe and clean warehouse and grounds. Perform basic facility maintenance for all building on site. Perform basic landscape maintenance (e.g. mow lawn, trim bushes).
