Home Health and Hospice Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Position Summary CNS — the second-largest nonprofit Home Health and Hospice provider in Utah — is seeking a dependable, highly detail-oriented Warehouse Team Assistant to support our pharmacy and disposable medical supply operations in Taylorsville. This is a small-warehouse environment where accuracy, organization, and tech savvy matter every day. You'll handle pick-and-pull work, coordinate logistics and deliveries, keep records clean and current, and help keep the operation running smoothly. Be part of a mission-driven nonprofit with nearly 100 years of service to Utah communities Stable, meaningful work that directly supports patient care in the home Consistent Monday-Friday schedule with no weekends Collaborative, supportive team where your contributions matter Opportunities for growth within a statewide healthcare organization Key Responsibilities Pick, pull, and pack pharmacy and disposable medical supply orders accurately and efficiently Coordinate logistics and delivery scheduling with patients, clients, and internal teams Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory; rotate and organize product to maintain accessibility Maintain accurate inventory counts, order records, and shipment documentation through inventory and order management systems File, scan, and organize records in compliance with healthcare documentation standards Coordinate with vendors and delivery carriers; assist with shipping and receiving operations Perform local deliveries of medical supplies and equipment to patients' homes as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety standards Provide cross-functional support to pharmacy, HME, and supply chain teams as needed Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong attention to detail with a proven commitment to accuracy in inventory and documentation Solid computer and tech proficiency required — comfortable navigating inventory systems, data entry, and digital records Strong organizational and record-keeping skills Excellent communication and customer service skills; comfort with patient/client phone contact required Prior warehouse, distribution, logistics, or medical supply experience preferred Experience in a healthcare, pharmacy, or medical supply environment a plus Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards preferred Valid Utah driver's license with a clean driving record (required for delivery duties) Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift Ability to work reliably Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs on a consistent, repeated basis throughout the workday Prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and reaching in a warehouse environment Ability to push, pull, and maneuver carts, dollies, and wheeled equipment Sufficient dexterity to pack, label, and handle medical supplies of varying sizes Must be able to safely operate a personal or company vehicle for delivery duties Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions, including temperature fluctuations This job summary outlines the general nature and level of responsibilities and is not an exhaustive list of all duties or skills required.
