About Traxion Traxion Materials is a regional tire management company committed to driving the tire economy forward. Our Tire LifeCycle Network allows for the collection, wholesale, and recycling of used tires. Through our facility based in Jacksboro, TN, we are actively serving tire companies across the state and we're quickly expanding into other regions. We're building the infrastructure that keeps communities clean, compliant, and tire-free — and we need strong, reliable people to help us do it. What You'll Do Load and unload tires at our Jacksboro facility Cart and stage tires for processing and outbound orders Support warehouse operations including order fulfillment and inventory movement Maintain a safe, organized work environment Requirements Must be able to lift 25 lbs and perform consistent physical work throughout a shift Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team Warehouse or physical labor experience a plus (we train) What Traxion Offers Competitive pay; starting pay rate based on experience Benefits package available Overtime opportunities available Two-week paid training period Shift placement (first or second) assigned upon hiring — second-shift pay rate adjusted upon training completion We're Hiring for Numerous Warehouse Team Members ASAP - Positions Fill Fast Apply through Indeed or contact us directly (Kelly Schroeder, kschroeder@traxionmaterials.com).
