Shift:

Mon•Thurs. 6AM•4:30PM Fri. OT as needed

POSITION OVERVIEW

•Responsible for finishing raw steel after it's been cut.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

•Use of power tools including sanders and grinders.

Warehouse Maintenance :

Keep warehouse clean, organized and hazard-free. Arrange materials to maintain a safe and efficient working environment. Follow proper waste disposal procedures and adhere to safety regulations.

Material Handling:

Move goods within the warehouse using appropriate equipment and techniques.

Quality Control:

Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet company standards. Report any damaged or defective products.

Documentation:

Accurately complete and maintain records related to inventory, shipments and other warehouse activities. Utilize computer systems and software for data entry and tracking purposes.

Health & Safety:

Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols, including proper handling of materials, operation of equipment, and wearing personal protective equipment (PPE).

EDUCATION & TRAINING

•High School diploma or equivalent required.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

•Knowledge of safety regulations Familiarity with warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks Basic math and computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking Familiarity with warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks

SKILLS & ABILITIES

•Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude Attention to detail and accuracy in tasks Ability to Stand 10 Hours/Day Ability to sit stand and bend lifting of up to 75lbs occasionally.
