In this role, you'll help implement training plans, maintain training records, coordinate classroom and on-the-floor learning, and support employee development across plant operations. This position plays an important part in helping associates build the skills needed to work safely, effectively, and consistently in a manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Help develop and update training materials, operator modules, certification content, and troubleshooting guides to reflect current processes. Coordinate plant-wide training and retraining schedules with supervisors and department managers, including rooms, materials, and resources. Facilitate operator training, new employee orientation, and recertification sessions. Track training progress and follow up with trainees and leaders to support timely completion of programs. Serve as a subject matter resource for equipment operation and continuously build technical knowledge. Support safety initiatives and participate as an active member of the safety team. Evaluate training effectiveness and help adjust programs based on operational needs. Perform other duties as assigned by management. What You'll Need 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, stay organized, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Technical proficiency operating packaging machinery, with a willingness to continue learning and growing skills. Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to engage and motivate others during training and development activities. Strong attention to detail, planning skills, and accountability. Flexibility to work varying hours and overtime as needed. The Schedule & Setting This role is based on-site in Conyers. Flexible hours and overtime may be required based on production and training needs. The position supports a manufacturing environment and includes classroom and operational floor training activities.
