Warehouse Worker

Responsibilities Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently. Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and update stock records accurately. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision, ensuring timely delivery. Manage shipping & receiving activities by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation. Stock shelves and organize warehouse space to optimize storage capacity and accessibility. Utilize AS400 or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to support order fulfillment and inventory control. Assist with packaging products securely for shipment while maintaining quality standards. Requirements Prior warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution operations is preferred. Valid certification for forklift operation, reach truck, or pallet jack is highly desirable. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and order picking equipment such as MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems). Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing. Strong physical stamina to load & unload shipments, stand for extended periods, and lift heavy items safely. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with proficiency in picking & packing tasks. Basic understanding of e-commerce logistics workflows and stock management practices is a plus.
