Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker and become a vital part of our fast-paced distribution operation! In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. Your energy and attention to detail will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently Manage order fulfillment processes including picking, packing, and order picking using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners Stock shelves accurately and organize products for easy access, ensuring optimal warehouse distribution flow Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation Utilize warehouse management systems (such as AS400 or MRP) to track inventory levels, update records, and support stock replenishment Prepare packages for shipment with proper labeling and packaging materials to ensure safe delivery Support warehouse operations by performing basic math calculations for inventory counts, order quantities, and measurements Experience Prior warehouse experience is highly preferred; familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is a plus Hands-on experience with forklift operation, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers is desirable Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and order fulfillment workflows Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 or similar platforms, and RF scanners Ability to perform basic math accurately for inventory counts and order processing Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, packing, and inventory management Physical ability to load & unload shipments repeatedly throughout the shift This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their career in logistics while contributing to a high-energy team environment.
