• Manufacturing & Distribution La Casa Del Grano — Wapato, WA La Casa Del Grano is hiring a dependable, hard-working warehouse worker to support daily manufacturing and distribution operations.

This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role that requires accuracy, consistency, and strong work ethic. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, can operate equipment safely in tight spaces, and show up on time ready to perform.

• Responsibilities
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and finished goods
• Stage and prepare orders accurately for production and customer pickup
• Load and unload trucks with care and efficiency
• Maintain organized storage of feed, ingredients, and inventory
• Pick and pack orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Keep warehouse and production areas clean, safe, and organized at all times
• Requirements (Read Carefully)
• Forklift and pallet jack experience required — must be confident and capable
• Comfortable operating equipment in tight, active warehouse environments
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day
• Strong attention to detail — mistakes slow down production
• Reliable transportation and consistent, on-time attendance
• Able to maintain pace in a fast-moving production setting
• Hiring Process Final candidates will complete a short paid trial shift to demonstrate forklift operation, accuracy, and work pace. This role requires hands-on performance, not just experience listed on an application.
