Job Description

Overview We are looking for a reliable, safety-conscious Forklift Operator / Material Handler to join our 1st shift team.
This is a dual-purpose role:
you will be the primary link between our production lines and our warehouse operations, ensuring that both the makers and the shippers have exactly what they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities Production Support:
Supply the
Line:
Transport raw materials—pallets of glass jars, bulk wax, and fragrance oils—from the warehouse to the production floor.
Finished Goods Removal:
Safely remove completed pallets from the production line and transport them to the staging area or warehouse racks.
Warehousing & Logistics:
Shipping & Receiving:
Load and unload trailers using a forklift; verify packing slips against physical inventory to ensure accuracy.
Inventory Control:
Conduct cycle counts and assist in maintaining an organized warehouse layout for maximum efficiency.
Staging & Palletizing:
Wrap finished pallets and apply appropriate shipping labels or internal tracking tags.
Storage Management:
Use forklift to store materials in designated racking locations.
Qualifications Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience operating a stand-up forklift in a warehouse environment.
Certification:
Current forklift certification preferred (on-site recertification provided).
Physical Ability:
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain active throughout the shift.
Technical Skills:
Basic computer or handheld scanner experience for inventory tracking is a plus.
Reliability:
Proven track record of consistent attendance and a "safety-first" mindset.
