Job Description

Job Summary The Warehouseman I plays a critical role in our daily shop and warehouse operations. This position is responsible for the inspection, disassembly, and assembly of oilfield tools, as well as general warehouse duties including receiving, organizing, and shipping inventory. The ideal candidate is cooperative by nature, precise in their work, and holds themselves to high standards in everything they do. They are mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and bring an enthusiastic, can-do attitude to every task in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. Key Responsibilities Inspect, disassemble, and reassemble oilfield completion and remedial tools in accordance with company procedures and quality standards. Perform visual and dimensional inspection of oilfield tools and components to verify conformance to specifications. Receive, verify, and stock incoming shipments of tools, parts, and supplies. Pull, stage, and prepare tools and equipment for outbound jobs and customer orders. Keep the warehouse and shop floor clean, organized, and in compliance with safety standards. Support field technicians and operations staff with tool preparation and logistics. Perform all other duties as assigned by the warehouse supervisor. Qualifications & Requirements High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and operational memos. Basic written communication skills required. Ability to apply basic math concepts (counting, measuring, calculating quantities). Basic PC skills required for inventory and documentation tasks. Precise and detail-oriented — committed to high standards of quality and accuracy in tool inspection and assembly. Optimistic and enthusiastic approach to work; brings a positive attitude that elevates the team. Dependable and cooperative team player who supports colleagues and contributes to a positive, productive workplace.
