Duties Review and process warranty cancellation requests promptly, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate Utilize financial software to update records, track cancellations, and generate reports on warranty activities Document scanning Other duties as necessary Requirements Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple files efficiently Experience with filing systems and maintaining detailed records in a fast-paced environment Ability to navigate financial software applications confidently
