Warranty / Maintenance for Manufactured Homes

Job Summary We are seeking a person with Manufactured Home Maintenance experience who knows how to do drywall, flooring, plumbing, painting, etc.

MUST HAVE OWN

TOOLS and

OWN RELIABLE VEHICLE.

This will be a 1099 independent contractor. Helpful to have license and insurance already but not required to start. (we have opportunity for this person to do warranty work for our manufactures and get paid more if they have license and insurance.) Flexible scheduling/ hours a must for emergencies.
