We're looking for a Wash & Pack Operator to support our manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
1st Shift- 5:00a-3:30p- Monday-Thursday
What You'll Do
Inspect intake manifolds and components for surface defects and quality standards
Wash and prepare parts for final packaging
Pack finished products (5-40 lbs) safely and efficiently
Ensure all products meet specifications before shipment
Complete production documentation accurately
Monitor coolant levels and support basic preventative maintenance
Identify and help eliminate defective parts from production
Follow work instructions and ISO quality standards
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform fast-paced, repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail and quality
Basic communication skills and ability to follow instructions
Ability to read and understand work instructions and inspection processes
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
Frequent lifting of 5-40 lbs (team lift or equipment for heavier items)
Comfortable working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment
