Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator/3rd

Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator Established cheese producer in SW Wisconsin is hiring an experienced Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator. Qualified person will be involved in day-to-day plant operations, including maintenance and repairs of equipment and compliance with state and federal requirements. The Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator works in conjunction with other departments as well as outside agencies.

6pm-2am

Monday-Friday Pay:

$23.80-$33.80 DOE Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator job responsibilities: Coordinates the operation of the wastewater treatment facility Assists with lab testing and sampling; oversees collection, transportation, and analysis of wastewater samples Records data as prescribed Meets quality standards by maintaining and adjusting complex wastewater process controls Supervises cleaning and routine maintenance of facilities Assists in other areas of the plant when necessary Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator job requirements: Demonstrates excellent judgment and self-initiative Possesses advanced knowledge of wastewater treatment principles Has experience with wastewater process controls, including programmable logic controllers, variable frequency drives, system controls and data acquisition for monitoring the chemical sterilization process Demonstrates ability to work with team members at all levels Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills The Wastewater Treatment Plant Operator position is an integral part of the success of the production process.
