Water Park Security Guards Job Description:

We are seeking reliable and professional Security Guards to join our team at a busy waterpark in the Catskills. This role is ideal for individuals who are alert, customer-focused, and comfortable working in an outdoor, high-traffic environment. Security personnel will play a key role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the waterpark and surrounding areas Monitor entrances and exits to ensure proper access control Provide a visible security presence to deter incidents Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns Write clear, accurate, and timely incident reports Enforce site policies and safety regulations Communicate effectively with staff, guests, and supervisors

Qualifications:

Valid New York State Security Guard License (required) CPR Certification (preferred) Strong observation and communication skills Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Schedule & Environment:

Full-time and part-time shifts available Weekends and holidays required Outdoor work environment with high guest interaction Be Advised - THIS
