Job Description

Water Resources Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Water Resources Project Manager to lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of water infrastructure and water resources projects. This role offers the opportunity to manage high‑impact work, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and build lasting client relationships in a growing and dynamic environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage water resources and water infrastructure projects from planning through design and deliveryServe as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standardLead project teams, coordinate technical resources, and oversee schedules, budgets, and deliverablesSupport proposal development, scope definition, and fee negotiationProvide technical oversight related to hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater management, floodplain analysis, and related studiesMentor junior staff and contribute to team development and knowledge sharingCollaborate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders, including public agencies and municipalitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree a plus)Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain licensure6 or more years of relevant water resources experience, including project management responsibilityStrong knowledge of water resources planning and design, stormwater systems, flood control, and hydraulic modelingProven ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively with clients and teamsExperience working with public agencies and regulatory requirements preferredWhat We OfferThe opportunity to work on meaningful and impactful water projectsCompetitive compensation and benefits packageCareer growth and leadership development opportunitiesCollaborative and supportive team cultureFlexible work arrangements depending on role and locationIf you are a motivated water resources professional looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
