Responsibilities Respond promptly to water damage emergencies and perform mitigation services. Set up and monitor drying equipment such as dehumidifiers and air movers. Perform water extraction , demolition, and cleanup. Conduct moisture readings and inspections throughout the drying process. Accurately document all work performed and maintain detailed job notes. Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members. Assist in rebuild preparation once mitigation is complete. Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle, equipment, and workspace. Be available for on-call rotation as needed for after-hours emergencies. Qualifications 1+ year of experience in water restoration, mitigation, or construction . Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying environments (attics, crawl spaces, etc.). Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. Must be organized, dependable, and a team player with a positive attitude. IICRC certification (WRT/ASD) is a plus, but not required.
