Responsibilities Set up and operate waterjet cutting machines, ensuring precise alignment and calibration according to detailed blueprints and CAD drawings Program the waterjet machine using DXF programming software to produce complex parts with accuracy Interpret technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and blueprints to determine cutting paths and specifications Maintain optimal machine performance through routine inspections, troubleshooting issues with waterjet programming or mechanical components Handle materials efficiently using forklifts and other materials handling equipment, ensuring safe transport within the manufacturing facility Perform quality control checks using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other tools to verify dimensions Assist in loading, tooling setup, and assembly line operations as needed to meet production deadlines Experience No prior waterjet experience necessary, but adaptability, capacity to learn, and strong ethic are required Embark on a career where your skills make an impact!
