Responsibilities Perform professional body waxing services, including bikini, leg, arm, facial, and specialty waxing treatments with precision and care Assist clients in selecting the best waxing options tailored to their needs and skin types Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace adhering to all health and safety standards Educate clients on post-wax care and recommend suitable skincare products or treatments Manage appointment schedules efficiently using salon software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns promptly Stay updated on the latest waxing techniques and beauty trends to continually enhance your skills Requirements Proven experience in retail sales, esthetic laser treatment, or body waxing preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate Knowledge of sanitation protocols and salon safety standards essential for client protection Familiarity with salon management software like MINDBODY or similar systems is a plus Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude Certification or licensing in cosmetology, esthetics, or barbering is highly desirable Additional skills such as hair threading, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatment, dermabrasion, makeup application, nail care, or other aesthetic treatments are advantageous but not mandatory Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Wax Specialist and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to enhancing beauty and confidence!
