Key Responsibilities As a Financial Advisor, you will: Develop and expand your client network through relationship-building, referrals, and strategic prospecting Conduct in-depth financial assessments to understand clients' goals, priorities, and risk tolerance Design personalized financial strategies that align with each client's short- and long-term objectives Provide ongoing guidance and proactive plan adjustments as clients move through different life stages Build long-term trusted relationships by delivering exceptional client service and financial education Collaborate with internal specialists and leadership to provide comprehensive solutions for clients Training, Licensing & Professional Development Eastern Advisory Group is committed to investing in the growth and success of its advisors through structured onboarding, hands-on coaching, and continuous education. Our development program is designed to support your first several years in the business and includes: Comprehensive advisor onboarding and mentorship Training in client acquisition and relationship management Access to experienced financial professionals and leadership support Ongoing professional development and advanced planning education Business-building strategies for long-term career growth To become fully licensed in this role, candidates will be expected to obtain and maintain the following licenses: Life, Accident & Health Insurance License Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) FINRA Series 6 or 7 FINRA Series 63 and/or 65 (as applicable) Licensing support, educational resources, and reimbursement assistance may be available to qualified candidates.
