Job Description
Phillip's Flowers & Gifts is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Wedding & Events Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys sales, building relationships, and helping customers bring their wedding and event visions to life. As part of our events team, you'll work directly with clients to create customized floral experiences for weddings, corporate events, celebrations, and special occasions. If you're outgoing, organized, creative, and passionate about customer service, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Serve as the main point of contact for wedding and event inquiries Meet with clients to discuss floral needs, style preferences, budgets, and event details Create customized proposals and quotes for weddings and special events Guide clients through the sales process from consultation to final booking Build relationships with venues, planners, caterers, and event professionals Communicate closely with floral designers and production teams to ensure smooth event execution Follow up with customers throughout the planning process to provide exceptional service Assist with event timelines, billing accuracy, and final payment collection Actively seek new sales opportunities through networking and community connections Help create a seamless and memorable customer experience from start to finish What We're Looking For Strong sales and customer service skills Confident, outgoing, and professional communication style Highly organized with strong attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage multiple events at once Creative mindset with an eye for design and event trends Self-motivated and driven to meet sales goals Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Preferred Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in sales, weddings, events, hospitality, or floral industry preferred Experience working with event venues, planners, or hospitality professionals is a plus Strong relationship-building and networking skills Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and project management software Floral knowledge or design experience is helpful but not required Why Join Phillip's Flowers?
