Wedding Rental Consultant / Inside Sales 161 Gibralter Avenue, Annapolis, MD 21401 From $23 an hour - Full-time From $23 an hour - Full-time Wedding Rental Consultant & Sales Coordinator Do you have a passion for design, a talent for planning and coordination, and a love for the wedding and event industry? We're seeking a Wedding Rental Consultant & Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role blends client service, design guidance, and sales strategy—perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesClient Communication & Sales Support Respond to and follow up with potential clients via phone and email. Guide clients through rental selections based on event style, guest count, and venue needs. Create accurate proposals, quotes, and rental recommendations. Meet with clients and vendors in the showroom to discuss event vision and design concepts. Design & Event Coordination Assist clients with designing tablescapes, layouts, and overall event aesthetics. Provide insight on inventory options, trends, and creative pairings. Support the creation of floorplans, vision boards, and design mockups (CAD experience a plus). Internal & Vendor Collaboration Work closely with the Delivery Manager to communicate scheduling needs and special instructions. Coordinate with partner vendors and rental companies to ensure seamless event execution. Maintain strong knowledge of inventory, availability, and pricing. Requirements 2+ years of event industry experience (wedding planning, event design, event coordination, or tent/event rental sales required). Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Experience with CAD, floorplan software, or design tools is a plus. Must be able to work on-site at our Annapolis location. Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
