Come join a fun, energetic, fast paced environment and be a part of a hard working team. Dino's headlines a group of high volume locations, including Riverbend Bar & Grill (Kent), DaVine Whiskey & Wine (Maple Valley) and Fall City Bar and Grill (Fall City). REQUIREMENTS
Saturday closing shift Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Valid MAST and Food Handlers Permit. Responsibilities Prompt service of new customers at both bartop and tables Provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly. Serve food and beverages to guests in a high quality fashion throughout their visit. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Process payments accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system. Assist in training new staff members as needed. Daily side work for team support Skills Strong hospitality skills with an emphasis on guest services and relations. Sales abilities to promote menu items effectively. Experience in the food industry is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts. A background in culinary arts is a plus but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. Physical Requirements:
Standing for extended periods
  • ability to remain on your feet throughout the shift. Lifting and carrying
  • regularly lift and transport items up to 50 pounds, such as kegs, crates, or trays. Bending and reaching
  • frequent bending, stretching, and reaching to access supplies or clean surfaces. Manual dexterity
  • ability to handle small tools and equipment, such as bottle openers, shakers, and POS systems. Fast-paced movement
  • ability to move quickly and efficiently in a busy environment. Visual and auditory alertness
  • strong attention to detail and the ability to listen for orders or customer requests. Handling temperature changes
  • working in varying temperatures between coolers, kitchens, and the bar area. Walking and carrying trays
  • balance and walk with trays of drinks or food through crowded areas.
Education:
High School Graduate or equivalent
Experience:
Previous experience in a high-volume establishment Familiar with standard drink recipes and American fare menu items. Customer service training in restaurant or hospitality industry
Qualifications:
Must be at least 21. Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English. Must be able to perform simple mathematical calculations.
