Weekend CNC Operator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated CNC Operator to join our team for weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC lathes and mills, specifically with Haas machines. This role involves setting up and operating machinery, ensuring customer specifications are met, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities Read and apply customer specifications accurately. Enter specifications into the CNC machine(s). Set up tooling for the machine. Monitor the operation of the machine(s). Follow 5S principles in the work area. Perform tasks while adhering to all safety protocols. Other duties as assigned. Essential Skills Experience with CNC lathe and CNC mill operations. Proficiency in CNC programming, particularly with Haas CNC machines. Ability to set up, operate, and edit programs for Haas machines. Skilled in using machining tools such as micrometers. Strong math skills. Excellent attention to detail. Demonstrated critical thinking abilities. Strong communication skills. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Claremore, OK. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
