Summary We are seeking a dedicated Laundry Attendant to join our team at La Quinta Inns & Suites. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and quality of linens and guest laundry, ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable stay. Your contributions will be vital to upholding our high standards of service. Responsibilities Sort, wash, dry, fold, and store linens and guest laundry according to hotel standards. Ensure that all laundry equipment is operated safely and maintained properly. Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and report any shortages. Maintain cleanliness in the laundry area to meet health and safety regulations. Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of clean linens. Respond promptly to requests from guests or staff regarding laundry services. Requirements Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members. Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy items as needed.
