Weekend Pellet Mill Operator

Overview Shift, Schedule & Compensation Schedule:

Saturday & Sunday only | 4:00 AM - 6:00 PM (28-hour weekend shift)

Base Pay:

$20.00 / hour The "Perfect Attendance"

Bonus:

We value reliability. If you clock in and out on time for your scheduled weekend shifts, you will receive a weekly attendance bonus that bumps your gross pay up to match a 40-hour workweek at $20.00/hour ($800 gross/week) .

Heavy Manufacturing/Mill Experience:

Experience operating machinery, monitoring production outputs, and performing basic mechanical troubleshooting is highly preferred. Responsibilities Operate pellet mill machinery safely and efficiently during weekend shifts, adhering to all safety protocols. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance. Monitor production processes, adjusting machine settings as needed to meet quality standards. Maintain accurate records of production output, equipment maintenance, and safety checks. Assist with cleaning and troubleshooting machinery to minimize operational disruptions. Experience Proven mechanical knowledge with experience operating manufacturing or heavy equipment in a production environment. Familiarity with food processing, farming, or agriculture industries is highly desirable. Knowledge of food production processes and safety standards applicable to manufacturing settings. Prior experience in agriculture or farming operations will be considered an asset. Ability to work independently during weekend shifts while maintaining attention to detail and safety.
