Weekend Vacation Rental Cleaner As Needed

We are a well-established vacation rental cleaning company in the Gulf Shores area seeking dependable weekend cleaners for as-needed summer turnover work. This position is ideal for individuals who already have stable weekday employment or a consistent primary source of income and are looking to earn extra money on select weekends throughout the summer season. Expect:

Weekend turnover cleaning of vacation rental properties Fast-paced, physically demanding work Day shifts only — no nights Saturday and/or Sunday availability required Opportunity for additional work for dependable, high-performing team members when available

Responsibilities:

Clean and reset vacation rental homes between guest stays Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize all areas Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces thoroughly Strip and remake beds Restock linens, towels, and supplies Remove trash and ensure homes are guest-ready under strict time constraints Communicate effectively with inspectors and team members

Requirements:

Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay & Schedule:

W-2 employee position (not 1099) Weekly pay Piece-rate pay per unit cleaned Average earnings range from approximately $120-$250+ per day depending on efficiency, quality, and available workload This role is best suited for someone looking for supplemental weekend income rather than consistent full-time hours.
