Weekends and Overnight Part-Time Direct Care Coach

Job Summary Join our dedicated team as a Weekends and Overnight Part-Time Direct Care Coach, where your energy and compassion will make a meaningful difference in the lives of teenage girls that have been or at risk of sex trafficking that live on campus. In this vital role, you will provide supervision, guidance, and care during weekend and overnight shifts, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment that promotes growth and stability. Your proactive approach and strong communication skills will foster trust and positive relationships, empowering individuals to thrive in their daily routines. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work flexible hours while contributing to a supportive community focused on behavioral health, safety, and personal development. Responsibilities Supervise and support teenage girls during overnight and weekend hours, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Assist with behavioral management strategies to promote positive behavior and conflict resolution. Administer medications following prescribed protocols, maintaining detailed medication administration records. Respond promptly to emergencies or crises using crisis intervention techniques, including first aid when necessary. Facilitate engaging activities that promote social interaction, skill-building, and community integration. Assisting with resident laundry and other household chores. Maintaining cleanliness of the home routinely to be sure that it is tour ready at all times. Experience Prior experience in a care or social services setting is highly preferred. Demonstrated crisis intervention skills with the ability to de-escalate challenging situations effectively. Experience working with sex trafficking victims and/or children in a residential setting is preferred, but not required. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with individuals, families, team members, and emergency responders.
