Welsh Equipment, Inc. specializes in refurbishing and selling used mixer trucks worldwide. Our team takes pride in craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail. We're looking for a skilled Welder to join our growing shop team and help us complete a variety of hands-on projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding on steel components, truck parts, and shop projects. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications. Operate welding equipment and power tools safely and efficiently. Inspect and test welds to ensure structural soundness and quality. Assist with fabrication, repairs, and modifications of equipment and trucks. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety standards.

Qualifications:

Previous welding experience required (MIG, and fabrication preferred). Ability to read blueprints and take accurate measurements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Must be dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team. Welding certification is a plus but not required.
