Join the Revolution for our New Concrete Mixer Manufacturing Facility in Waverly, IA. Revolution Concrete Mixers is expanding and launching a new manufacturing facility in Waverly, IA. This site will play a critical role in supporting our growing customer base and represents a major investment in innovation, quality, and community. Revolution Concrete Mixers designs and manufactures premium concrete mixer trucks and systems trusted by producers across North America.   • Thursday 6:00am
  • 4:30pm), with potential opportunities for overtime on Fridays.

What You'll Do The welder role is responsible for constructing, assembling, and repairing metal structures and equipment by interpreting blueprints and using various welding and metalworking techniques. This role requires a strong understanding of welding processes, precision, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. What You Bring These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned. Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings to determine the materials and layout for fabrication projects. Weld components using various methods such as MIG, TIG and arc welding, in welding positions that may include flat, vertical, or overhead. Need the ability to adjust welding current to set-up for proper welding configurations Operate metal fabrication machinery, including shears, brakes, and saws, as well as welding equipment and hand/power tools. Inspect welded joints and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications and industry standards. Use tools like calipers and rulers for accurate measurements.
Other key tasks:
Operate an overhead or similar crane to maneuver parts safely Accurately operate and read measuring devices. Maintain a clean and organized workspace and operate equipment safely. Perform routine maintenance on welding and fabrication equipment Work with other team members to meet project requirements and deadlines. Train and work in various areas of production in response to production demands.
Minimum Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience as a welder or fabricator. Expertise in multiple welding techniques Familiarity with operating metal fabrication machinery and tools. Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination. Physical stamina to perform the job's physical demands, such as lifting heavy materials
Preferred Qualifications:
One (1) to three (3) years applicable experience. Strong fitting experience What We Offer
