Welder - MIG - 2nd Shift

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Welder specializing in MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding to join our dynamic fabrication team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from structural steel to sheet metal components, in a fast-paced construction and manufacturing environment. Duties Perform MIG welding on various materials including sheet metal and structural components, adhering to project specifications and safety standards Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute fabrication tasks At times, use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other equipment to shape and assemble metal parts Conduct quality inspections utilizing calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure precise welds and proper fit-up Follow ASME codes & standards for welding procedures and safety protocols while maintaining a clean and organized work environment Skills Proven experience with MIG welding techniques in construction or manufacturing settings Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately Familiarity with TIG welding, FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), plasma cutting, soldering, and <

LOCATION
