MIG Welder - Bridgman Area | Manufacturing & Fabrication | Weekly Pay Now hiring experienced MIG Welders for a growing manufacturing facility in the Bridgman area! This position is ideal for candidates with welding and fabrication experience who are looking for a long-term opportunity in a fast-paced production environment. As a MIG Welder , you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal components used in manufacturing and assembly operations while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Job Duties Perform MIG welding on steel and/or aluminum components Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions Set up and adjust welding equipment as needed Inspect welds for quality, accuracy, and defects Grind, clean, and finish welded parts Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards Assist with additional fabrication or assembly tasks as needed Qualifications Previous MIG welding experience required Ability to read blueprints and welding specifications preferred Experience welding structural or production parts is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment Work Environment Manufacturing / fabrication facility Standing for extended periods Exposure to welding equipment, heat, and metal materials Benefits Weekly pay Long-term opportunity with growth potential Access to additional skilled trades opportunities Supportive local staffing team APPLY today to learn more about this MIG Welder opportunity in the Bridgman area!
