You will work on a variety of projects using MIG, TIG, and robotic welding, along with grinding and finishing. What You Will Do Perform MIG welding on 14-18 gauge materials (flat and horizontal) Complete TIG welding on mild and stainless steel Load/unload parts into a robotic welder and monitor output Grind and finish parts to meet quality standards Read and interpret blueprints and weld specifications Inspect welds and complete rework when needed Work on varying projects in a job shop environment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace What We Are Looking For MIG welding experience or welding degree TIG welding experience (mild and stainless steel) Experience working with 14-18 gauge material Ability to read and follow blueprints Experience with grinding and finishing Strong attention to detail and quality Apply Today If you have MIG or TIG welding experience and are looking for a long-term opportunity with growth and variety , apply now to get started. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eagan, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $32.00/hr.
