Entry-Level Welding & Painting Trainee Starting Pay:

After Training:

✅ 2nd Shift (Afternoon/Evening) ✅ 3rd Shift (Overnight)What You'll Do Learn and perform basic welding and painting techniques (training provided) Prepare metal surfaces for painting and finishing Operate tools and equipment in a safe and efficient manner Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Follow step-by-step instructions and safety procedures Work as part of a team to meet production goals What We're Looking For No experience required — we will train you!
