Welder / Robot Operator Fabricator in Springfield, MN

Full-Time | 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) We are a growing manufacturing company focused on producing high-quality products through continuous improvement, new technology, and efficient processes. We are looking for a full-time MIG Welder / Robotic Welding Operator to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone with a solid welding foundation who wants steady work, consistent hours, and the opportunity to grow with a company investing in modern equipment and processes. What You'll Do Perform MIG welding in a production environment Operate and assist with robotic welding systems (training provided) Read and work from basic blueprints and weld symbols Inspect weld quality and maintain consistent standards Maintain a clean and safe work area What We're Looking For 2+ years of welding or manufacturing experience preferred MIG welding experience required Basic understanding of blueprints and schematics Strong work ethic and attention to detail Reliable and punctual Physical Requirements Ability to stand for the duration of the shift Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment Schedule Monday-Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM 8-hour shifts Compensation & Benefits Pay based on experience 401(k) with company match Health insurance Paid time off Employee discounts
