Job Description
First and second shifts available. 1st shift - 4am-2:20p 2nd shift- 3p-1:30a Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Structural Welder to join our dynamic fabrication and construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing precise welding operations on structural steel components, ensuring all work adheres to strict safety standards and industry codes. Your expertise will contribute to building durable, high-quality structures across various construction sites and manufacturing environments. Duties Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine welding specifications and procedures. Perform MIG (Metal Inert Gas), TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas), FCAW (Flux-Cored Arc Welding), and <

> welding techniques on structural steel, sheet metal, ductwork, and other metal assemblies. Use hand tools, power tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment to prepare materials for welding and assembly. Measure materials with calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools to ensure accurate cuts and fits according to project specifications. Execute pipe threading, rigging, mechanical assembly, and fabrication tasks with a focus on safety and quality standards. Operate forklifts and other machinery safely during material handling and site logistics. Follow ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) codes & standards for welding practices and ensure all work complies with industry regulations. Qualifications Proven construction site experience with a strong understanding of structural steel fabrication and assembly processes. Demonstrated proficiency inMIG, TIG, FCAW
