Welder/Fabricator

Job Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret project plans, blueprints and other written instructions and diagrams to perform task at hand
• Understand and interpret Bill of Materials on engineering drawings
• Fabricate assemblies per engineering drawings within dimensions and tolerances
• Grind and Clean metal to achieve proper surface preparation
• Complete welding tasks in allotted time
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Work in a safe manner

Qualifications:

• Proficient in TIG (minimum 2yrs) - Preferred Copper Welding Experience
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
• Excellent Organizational Skills
• Hand Tool and Pneumatic Tool operation
• Attention to detail
• Self-Starter - able to work with minimal direction
• Must be able to pass welding test (performed during interview)

Must be able to lift 50 pounds Must be able to stand for long periods of time Must be able to crouch Must be able to climb a ladder Frequent reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling Non-climate-controlled work environment Must be able to wear all required

$27.00 - $32.00 per hour
