Salado, TX (on-site, between Austin and Temple) We build factory-made steel swimming pools on a 60-acre campus in Salado. What you'll do MIG welding on heavy-gauge structural steel Plasma and torch cutting Grinding — NC, manual machine, and hand Keeping your station clean and your tools where they belong Working shoulder-to-shoulder with a small, skilled production team What we need from you 3+ years welding experience on hard metal (we'll look hard at strong 2-year candidates) Solid MIG fundamentals — clean fillet and butt welds on structural steel Comfortable with plasma cutters, grinders, and standard shop tools Tape-measure accurate; can read a basic shop drawing Can lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet through a shift Show up on time, every day, ready to work Nice to have (not required) Welder I or II certification Pipe or structural welding background Forklift experience What you get Strong hourly with bonus for output; up to Regular performance bonuses are actually attainable Health insurance Paid time off Year-round work — we're scaling, not seasonal A real path up: lead welder → shift lead → supervisor.
