This role involves working on various fabrication projects, utilizing advanced welding techniques and mechanical fasteners. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environments, with a strong focus on precision and safety. This position offers an opportunity to work with a dynamic team dedicated to high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to industry standards.

BLUEPRINT READ ASSESSMENT
Responsibilities Perform MIG and Pulse welding on steel components Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately fabricate components. Operate power tools, hand tools, plasma cutters, press brake machines, and other fabrication equipment safely and efficiently. Use calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure precise dimensions in fabrication work. Execute rigging and assembly tasks for structural components following safety protocols. Maintain compliance with ASME codes & standards during fabrication processes. Utilize mechanical knowledge for pipe threading, machining, soldering, and working with schematics. Ensure all work meets quality standards and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment. Skills Proven experience with MIG welding in a manufacturing setting. Strong blueprint reading skills combined with an understanding of schematics and technical drawings. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, press brake machines, and fabrication equipment. Ability to interpret measurements using calipers, micrometers, and basic math skills for precise fabrication. Ability and Experience doing
MIG/PULSE
welding of components based on specifications of the blueprints and other drawings. Knowledge of manufacturing practices and safety standards related to welding and fabrication projects. Familiarity with ASME codes & standards applicable to manufacturing or construction projects. Ability to operate forklifts or cranes for material handling is a plus. This position is integral to our manufacturing operations requiring attention to detail, technical expertise in welding and fabrication processes, and adherence to safety protocols.
