Welder/Foreman

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support our operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment. Out of town work is required, but per diem is provided. This position will entail work at manufacturing plants where we are required to install and maintain equipment/structures/stairways etc. Experience with working at manufacturing plants and being responsible for a crew is a must. We are seeking someone with good problem solving skills and common sense. Start wage can go up considerably for the right candidate. Duties Assist in the setup and cleanup of job sites to ensure a safe working environment. Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials as needed. Operate basic hand tools and power tools. Follow instructions from supervisors and ability to delegate work to crew members to complete assigned tasks effectively. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety protocols. Participate in training sessions and follow all safety guidelines to minimize risks on the job site. Qualifications Previous experience in manufacturing plants and leading others is required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment. Willingness to learn new skills and take on various responsibilities as needed.
