NJ LICENSED WELL DRILLER - FULL TIME

Able Companies / Able Environmental Farmingdale, NJ Able Companies is seeking an experienced New Jersey Licensed Well Driller to join our growing team. We are a fourth-generation company specializing in water well drilling, pump systems, geothermal drilling, and underground construction throughout New Jersey. We are looking for a motivated professional with strong field experience, leadership ability, and a commitment to quality workmanship and safety.

Requirements:

Current New Jersey Well Driller License Valid Class B CDL Experience with mud rotary and air rotary drilling Knowledge of mud cleaning systems and vacuum equipment Experience operating drilling equipment and support machinery Knowledge of residential and commercial well systems Ability to manage drilling crews and jobsite operations Clean driving record Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions

Responsibilities:

Perform residential and commercial water well drilling Operate and maintain drilling rigs, mud systems, compressors, and support equipment Set up and operate mud cleaning and vacuum systems Oversee drilling operations and field crew Coordinate with office and project management staff Maintain jobsite safety and complete required documentation

Compensation & Benefits:
