Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do Provide personal training services and group fitness instruction, in and out of the water, that offer members programs to maximize workout efficiency, improve fitness, increase stamina, enjoy their fitness experience, and improve overall sense of well-being Assist with developing a budget for the annual plan of the Health Club Assures customer satisfaction to the highest degree possible Required Qualifications Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation OR a degree in exercise/fitness Have the ability to perform health and wellness programming with multi-diagnostic groups Provide an overall balanced approach to health and wellness based on the needs of Club members At least one year of experience in an equivalent role, preferably working with seniors Proficiency with computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Publisher The ability to be involved and interact with people (residents, families, community members, visitors, staff, home care agency, potential referral sources, community services, other health providers, community groups, etc) Preferred Qualifications Additional education with senior/aging, Alzheimer's and dementia training, senior counseling, communications, or spiritual programming Benefits for Qualified Employees Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) 403(b) Retirement Plan with Employer Match Life & AD&D Insurance Short
