  • Full-time The Inn at Library Way is currently searching for a Wellness Coordinator for their community in Hillliard.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Plan and direct all functions of the nursing departments in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations. Administrative duties including but not limited to completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting as needed. Evaluate nurses' documentation to ensure notes are informative, describe the care being provided, and reflect the resident's response to the care. Confirm that care is performed per Resident's requests. Leads the day to day operations within the Assisted Living Community, ensuring high-quality resident care and effective coordination and communication among the nurses and care staff. Demonstrates strong visibility and approachability to foster trust and collaberation among team members, residents, families and outside partners. Hands on clinical leader who maintains the flow of the nursing department ensuring the day is running efficiently. Ensures consistent, timely, and transparent communication with the Director of Nursing to ensure awareness of resident changes, family concerns, staffing issues, incident trends, and medication issues. Offers dependable leadership that reinforces structure, standards, accountability, and continuity across all shifts and care teams, improving morale and staff retention. Maintain Inn's standards, Resident Rights and Ohio regulations as set forth by the Ohio Department of Health. Has thorough understanding of procedures and expectations of residential care facilities. Has a thorough understanding of procedures and expectations of residental care facilities. Has a thorough understanding of dementia, the disease process and how it fits in the continuum of care.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university and have a current/valid state Registered Nurse (RN) OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisory/management skills at least 1 year of expierence Experience working in a LTC environment Good critical thinking, communication, and leadership skill Available to assist with covering schedule for call off's On call rotation with
