We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Wellness Director/Director of Nursing to lead our dynamic team in providing superior care at our prestigious assisted living facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the health and wellness programs, ensuring comprehensive and high-quality care for our residents. As a key member of our leadership team, you will foster a nurturing environment that promotes residents' well-being and enhances their quality of life. •

Key Responsibilities:

•Oversee and coordinate all nursing and wellness operations within the facility. Develop, implement, and maintain wellness and health programs tailored to the needs of residents. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Lead, mentor, and support a team of nursing and wellness staff. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to resident care. Conduct regular assessments and care plan reviews, making necessary adjustments. Serve as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers. Handle administrative duties, including budgeting, reporting, and record-keeping. Develop training programs and initiatives to improve staff's skills and knowledge. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technologies to continually enhance care services. •

Qualifications:

•LPN or RN, with an active license in good standing. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a nursing leadership role, preferably in an assisted living setting. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry standards. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to build relationships with residents, families, and community partners. Compassionate approach to delivering exceptional patient care. Proficient in Microsoft Office and healthcare-related software. •
