Good Vibes is a nurse-owned CBD & wellness shop focused on helping people feel better-naturally. We're not a typical smoke shop. We specialize in high-quality, thoughtfully curated products including CBD, herbal remedies, functional wellness products, and more. Education, integrity, and customer care are at the center of everything we do.

Position Overview:

We're looking for a motivated, personable Wellness Retail Associate who is passionate about health, wellness, and helping others. This role is part sales, part education- you'll guide customers to the right products based on their needs while creating a welcoming and positive in-store experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and engage customers in a friendly, authentic way Educate customers on CBD, herbal products, and wellness solutions Make personalized product recommendations based on customer needs Operate POS system and handle transactions accurately Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing store displays Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends Support inventory management and restocking Assist with promotions, events, and in-store marketing efforts

Qualifications:

Retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred Interest in health, wellness, herbal medicine, or natural products Outgoing personality and ability to build trust with customers Self-motivated with a positive attitude Comfortable discussing wellness topics Reliable and detail-oriented

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience with CBD or holistic health products Have a background in healthcare, fitness, or wellness Enjoy educating others and building relationships Are active on social media or comfortable creating simple content
