We help clients feel better, recover faster, reduce stress, improve performance, and support their overall wellness through innovative technologies and exceptional client care. We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and sales-driven Wellness Sales Associate who is confident speaking with clients, building relationships, and selling memberships and premium wellness packages. This is not just a front desk position. We are looking for someone proactive, resourceful, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate takes initiative, multitasks well, learns quickly, works under pressure, and genuinely wants to help grow the business. Responsibilities Welcome clients and create an exceptional experience from the moment they walk in Conduct consultations to understand client wellness and body goals Educate clients on Zivel services and recommend the best treatments, memberships, and packages Confidently sell memberships, packages, premium services, and retail products Follow up with leads and existing clients through calls, texts, and conversations Help convert first-time visitors into long-term members Manage bookings, appointments, payments, and client information using scheduling and POS systems Maintain organized client notes and treatment information Keep the studio, front desk, and treatment rooms clean and prepared at all times Work efficiently under pressure and assist with daily operations Encourage referrals, Google reviews, and client retention Stay informed on wellness trends and recovery technologies Help grow the Zivel Hollywood brand within the community Requirements Strong sales and customer service skills Comfortable selling high-ticket wellness packages and memberships Outgoing, confident, and professional personality Strong multitasking and communication skills Fast learner with problem-solving abilities Comfortable learning and using booking software and technology quickly Experience with ClubReady is a plus, but not required Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and reliability Team player willing to help with daily studio needs Prior experience in wellness, fitness, aesthetics, spa, hospitality, or sales preferred English required Spanish is a plus Availability to work at least one weekend day Why Join Zivel Hollywood?
