In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces by performing a variety of landscaping tasks. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting at least 30 pounds and be ready to work outdoors in all weather conditions. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about outdoor work, gardening, and landscape maintenance to develop their skills and contribute to transforming landscapes into stunning environments. Duties Assist with lawn care activities such as mowing, edging, and trimming to ensure pristine turf and plant beds Perform landscape maintenance including planting, pruning, tree trimming, and shrub care Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as trimmers, blowers, and lawn mowers safely and effectively Support hardscape projects by preparing sites, laying pavers, or installing features under supervision Help with irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper watering of landscapes Conduct general site cleanup, debris removal, and ensure safety standards are maintained during all tasks Assist with snow plowing and winter maintenance when required during seasonal changes Skills Mechanical knowledge for operating landscaping equipment and power tools confidently Experience in lawn care, gardening, and landscape maintenance techniques Familiarity with the use of hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and wheelbarrows Ability to operate small machinery including excavators or other construction equipment when needed Knowledge of horticulture principles, tree care practices, and hardscape installation techniques Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift at least 30 pounds repeatedly throughout the day Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety and quality workmanship Join us in creating vibrant outdoor spaces!
