Job Description

Job Summary Now Hiring experienced Caregivers to provide ADL and home health support to clients in Chester County and Surrounding areas. Day and Evening hours available with flexible shifts per week. Thema Caregivers make a difference by supporting older adults with activities of daily living, assisting with instrumental activities of daily living, and providing companionship.
Job Duties:
Assistance with transfers and mobility Assistance with bathing, grooming, and toileting Light housekeeping, meal prep, and laundry Implementing client care plans Transportation to appointments when necessary Documenting care notes Why work with Thema Home Care?
